Sustainable development starts locally
The FAIR TOMORROW Foundation grew out of a passion for building a sustainable and fair future for local communities and businesses across Poland. We combine an innovative approach with a deep commitment to social and economic development, while caring for the environment.
Poland has transformed enormously in recent years, but large cities and smaller towns still develop at different speeds. Closing that gap is our purpose.

What does the Fair Tomorrow Foundation do?
We support the sustainable development of local communities and businesses in Poland. We work across six areas: enterprise, activating local communities, environmental protection, education and growth, innovation, and volunteering.
Who can benefit from your support?
Residents and leaders of smaller towns, micro, small and medium enterprises, young people and working-age adults outside the major centres, and anyone who cares about balance between work and personal life.
How can I become a volunteer?
Write to us through the contact form and describe briefly what you would like to do. We will get back to you and find the area where your experience will be most useful.
Do you work with local authorities and other organisations?
Yes. We work with local authorities, educational institutions and other foundations that share our vision of sustainable development.
Where do you operate?
We focus on local development — above all in smaller towns across Poland — with a view to growing internationally.

Become a volunteer
We are looking for people who want to act locally and see the results of their work — in education, in supporting enterprise, in environmental action, or in helping families in difficult circumstances.
You do not need previous experience in the non-profit sector. You need time, a skill you want to share, and the will to do something for your community.
